Special News From the Farm!!

Eureka!! We have found a way to safely wash and clean the foods we use for our cannery. All contaminates are removed, including the wax on cucumbers, and this method leaves no residuals. It is all natural and we love it. It’s USDA and FDA approved for use on all foods including Certified Organic foods.

One of the side benefits to this wash is that it extends the refrigerator life of the food by days, and weeks in some cases. And, best of all it kills any microorganisms like salmonella, e-coli, listeria and others that might be on your food.

We are helping to develop a commercial version for the restaurant market to do the same great cleaning process faster and for larger batches. It should be on the market soon.

Lots more goodies just added!! We've just added a new selection of cookie and cake mixes as well as Belgian Waffle, Bavarian Pretzel and Bagel mixes. There are new additions as well to the pasta pages and more to come. We now have Chinese noodles of various types for your favorite oriental dishes. The products are available while we get the photos and product information details added.

We have added some new items again to the website: gourmet syrups like Rose, Lavender and Jasmine; Dried Beets and Sweet Potatoes; Purple Corn Flour, gluten free; another new salsa--this time Pineapple.

In the next few days you will see us adding a couple new categories... "Chutneys & Conserves" and "Ketchup and Mustard". We have developed some fantastic new products...Plum Ketchup, Mango Chutney, Kiwi Apple Chutney and Aunt June's Sweet Hot Mustard...just to name a few.
