BASIC TAPIOCA PUDDING 1 Egg separated 2 c milk ¼ c quick cooking tapioca 1/3 c sugar ¼ t. salt 1 t. vanilla Beat egg yolk in top of double boiler. Stir in next 4 ingredients thoroughly and place over boiling water and cook and stir for 10 min. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Beat egg white til stiff but still shiny and fold into pudding thoroughly. Chill.
