Baking Flavorings:
Spicery Shoppe® baking flavors are made with soy bean oil or vegetable glycerine and natural essential oils.  They are not as aromatic as alcohol based extracts but still impart the full flavor where ever they are used.  They have full flavor but no alcohol and no sugar.  

These flavorings are compatible for use with a restricted diet for those suffering from Candida and all of the natural flavors used to produce the flavoring are gluten free according to the manufacturer.

These flavors are not necessarily just for baking either.  They work well in puddings, desserts, smoothies and other beverages.  We added it to our eggnog at Christmas time and it was great.  Even if you don't have health or religious restrictions on the use of alcohol, these flavors are an ideal replacement.

Powdered Flavors: 
We have just added a new line of powdered flavors.  All are Vegan, Kosher, and Gluten Free.  Excellent in baking and dry beverage mixes such as coffee, cocoa and protein blends.  Ingredients are Dextrose, Organic and Natural Flavors.

NOTE:  These flavor powders vary in strength and we can not give you the exact measurement to achieve the flavor you want.  You will have to experiment with each to determine what amount works best for you.
