Note:
If you receive some honey that has begun to crystallize, it is not old
honey, it's RAW. Just heat gently and slowly and it will re-liquefy.
As long as the temperature does not exceed 130 to 140 degrees F, you will
not destroy the natural flora. |
All of the sizes of honey
here and below are from the beekeeper that tends the hives here on our
farm. The pollen source is considered "wildflower" and is
produced at the minimum temperature to extract the honey from the
combs. It is considered raw or un-pasteurized. |
