Organic Blue or Yellow Corn Meal , or Red
Corn Meal, Seasonings

These mixes will give you 12 large
tortillas. Each "color" has a distinct flavor all its
own. We find the blue cornmeal to be sweeter than the other
two. But all make great tasting tortillas
Directions:
In a bowl add 1 c of water to package contents. Mix
until blended but not sticky. Let sit 10 min.
Form into 12 balls.
Using tortilla press or pie pan, place dough balls
between 2 sheets of waxed paper and flatten.
Carefully remove top piece of waxed paper and lay onto
hot, slightly oiled, griddle. Remove second waxed paper.
Bake on griddle to lightly browned. Turn gently and bake
other side.
Makes 12 tortilla.
