Potato Starch 
Corn Starch 
Lemon Powder 
Xanthan Gum 
Baking Powder 
(sodium acid pyrophosphate, 
sodium bicarbonate, 
corm starch, 
monocalcium phosphate) 
Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375º F

Add to mix:
  1/2 c softened butter
  2 large eggs
  3/4 c. milk
  1 t. gluten free vanilla

Beat until creamy.  Pour into one greased 8" or 9" round or one square 8x8x2" pan.  

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Do not over-bake
