Pizza Crust w/ Rosemary and Basil

List of Ingredients

Org, Unbleached enriched wheat flour (niacin, iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid) 
Org. whole wheat flour 
Sea Salt 
Org. Cane Juice 
Garlic Powder 
Basil 
Rosemary 
Yeast Packet

DIRECTIONS:

Each mix makes approximately one 15" thick crust or 2 12" thin crusts.

Pour contents of pizza mix bag and one packet of yeast (included) into bowl.  Pour in 1 c lukewarm water  and 1 T  oil into bowl.

Mix using spoon, then knead dough.  Place dough ball into oiled mixing bowl.  Cover dough and let rise until double about 45 min. for thick crust

Punch down dough and shape into pizza pan.  Oil dough lightly and let rise about 15 min. 

Put ingredients--meat, cheese, veggies, sauce--on dough and bake in preheated 400º F oven til bubbly and brown about 20 min.

Thin crust:  After mixing and letting dough rise til double.  Divide into 2 and shape one into pan and let rest 5 min.  Place ingredients on dough and bake 425º F until done about 10-15 min.
