Organic wheat flour
org. unrefined sugar
org. pumpkin flakes
baking soda
non-aluminum baking powder
org. cinnamon
organic ginger
sea salt
org. cloves

| DIRECTIONS:
1 Preheat oven to 350ºF
2 Grease and flour 8" loaf pan
3 Pour mix into mixing bowl and add
1 large egg
3/4 c water
1/3 c oil
Mix just til well blended. Do not over-mix.
4 Pour into loaf pan and bake 30-40 minutes until loaf tests done.
5 Remove from oven. Cool 5 minutes in pan then remove from pan and
finish cooling on wire rack.
You may wish to add up to 1/2 c of chopped nuts or
raisins to mix before baking.
