White Rice Flour
Potato Starch
Sugar
Baking Powder
(sodium acid pyrophosphate,
sodium bicarbonate,
cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate)
Xanthan Gum
Baking Soda
Salt

| DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Add to mix:
1 cup milk
1/4 c butter
2 T oil
Beat til creamy. Pour into muffin pan. Bake
for 15-25 minutes or til inserted toothpick comes out clean. For
variety add 1/2 c of blueberries or other desired fruit to batter mix.
Makes 9 muffins.
BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
Add to mix:
4 T softened butter
1/4 c buttermilk
3 eggs
1 2/4 c mashed ripe bananas
Mix with spoon til creamy. Pour into large greased
bread pan. Bake at 350º F in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or
until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
