List of Ingredients Roasted Carob Flour	Carob is the chocolate substitute.   The pods of these trees are ground to produce the powder.   Although having a chocolate-like flavor, carob has 1/3 the calories of chocolate, is fat free, high in pectin, is non allergenic, has an abundance of protein and will not interfere with the body's absorption of calcium.  RECIPE INSTANT CAROB DRINK MIX This is an instant "Cocoa" mix that is caffeine free. Ingredients: 1 lb instant dry milk powder* 1 c. cane juice crystals* 3/4 c. carob powder* 1/4 t. sea salt* Sift all ingredients together 3 or 4 times.  Place in an airtight container.  Store in cool place.  Makes 27-30 servings with hot water added.
