Cane Juice Crystals, Yeast, Potato Flakes

Instructions
for use:
Dissolve potato flakes in 1 c lukewarm water in a 1 qt
glass jar. Dissolve yeast in potato water. Add the flour packet. Cover and
let sit until fermented (about 1-3 days), stirring every few hours at
first.
Replenish by feeding the remaining starter with 1 c
lukewarm water 1 t potato flakes and 1 1/2 c rice flour as needed each
time you bake.
