Add dough enhancer to your favorite recipes for softer

Usage: for white and variety breads: Use 1 teaspoon per
cup of flour.
RECIPE:
Farmhouse White Bread
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons turbinado
sugar
3 cups unbleached bread
flour
1 T Dough Enhancer
1 1/2 teaspoons Saf-Instant
yeast
Add according to your bread machine instructions. Makes a 1 1/2 pound
loaf.
