Dough enhancer will help make fluffier baked goods, enhance the natural flavor, and increase dough strength and shelf life. 

It's perfect for all your yeast breads. 

Add dough enhancer to your favorite recipes for softer texture, longer shelf life,  & better flavor.

Usage: for white and variety breads: Use 1 teaspoon per cup of flour.


Farmhouse White Bread 

1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
3 cups unbleached bread flour
1 T Dough Enhancer
1 1/2 teaspoons Saf-Instant yeast

Add according to your bread machine instructions. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
