Ingredients:

Organic Unbleached bread flour, 
Organic Cane Juice Crystals, Yeast.

 

 

 

Instructions for use:

Dissolve yeast in 1 c lukewarm water in a 1 qt glass jar. Add the flour packet. Cover loosely and let sit until fermented (about 2-3 days), stirring every few hours at first.

When ready, the mix will be frothy and bubbly and smell sour.

Once sourdough is ready, store in refrigerator, loosely covered.

Replenish by feeding the remaining starter with 1/2 c lukewarm water and 1/2 c flour as needed each time you bake.
