RECIPE
HUMMUS:
2 c. precooked garbanzos*
1 garlic clove
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
Puree garbanzos and garlic together in food
processor.
Add oil and lemon juice blending well.
If too thick add a
little water.
Chill.
Serve as bean dip or spread for crackers.
