Allergen note: Contains: Wheat	Granolas are an American concoction dating back to the 1860s and are similar to the Swiss version known as Muesli. All of Barry Farm Granolas are made in small batches of the finest ingredients right here at the farm.   We use "Organic" wherever possible.  The fruits and nuts are from our stock of regular product and all first quality.   Most of the fruits are low sugar and are unsulphured.   We never use coloring or preservatives . These granolas are great for that high fiber breakfast or just to munch on throughout the day for a healthy snack.   We also have been informed by several customers that they top their yogurt with it every day. Besides being a great breakfast and snack food, granola is great to take along when hiking or camping.  It's lightweight, high in energy, and easy to store.  It doesn't require milk to eat it and has nutrition similar to a good trail mix.
