Regular rolled oats is also known as Old-fashioned Oatmeal.  

A delicious cooked cereal  that can "stick to your ribs" and add fiber to your diet.  

Traditionally the hot cereal favorite. 

 RECIPE

Home made muesli

2 c. rolled oats regular
1 c rice bran
2 c Triticale flakes
¾ c wheat bran
1 ½ T sesame seeds
2 T slivered almonds
¾ c chipped coconut
2 T honey
2/3 c orange juice
½ c dried apricots chopped finely
½ c dried golden raisins
¼ c dried apple dices
¼ c dried mango dice
¼ c dried plum dice
¼ c dried currants

Combine oats, brans, flakes, nuts, and sesame seeds. 
Blend honey with juice in microwave safe bowl.  Warm in microwave.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Place mix on baking sheet lined with paper and bake at 150ºF for 25-30 min until golden stirring occasionally.  Cool
Combine dried fruit and mix with toasted mix.  Store in airtight container.
