These natural, non-alcoholic

RECIPE
BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c unbleached all purpose flour
3/4 t baking soda
3/4 t. Spicery Shoppe butterscotch flavoring
1/2 c chopped walnuts
Melt butter in pan and add sugar. Mix well.
Add egg and beat
til light colored.
Blend dry ingredients and stir into egg
mixture.
Add butterscotch flavoring and nuts.
Chill.
Roll into small balls.
Bake on un-greased cookie sheet at 375º F for
7-10 minutes.
Remove at once. Makes 3 dozens.
