premium flavorings as the oils are specially formulated for optimal
results in chocolates, baking, fudges and all kinds of specialty
confections.
The one ounce bottles are enough for up to 25 pounds of
chocolate. For smaller amounts, use approximately 1/4 to 1/2
teaspoon of flavoring per pound of chocolate or compound.
The flavorings are highly concentrated and
should be kept out of the reach of children. All flavor ingredients
are approved for use by the FDA. RECIPE:

cups cane juice crystals
1 5-oz can evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
12-oz. White
chocolate chipped

1/2 cups marshmallow crème
1/2 teaspoon LorAnn
Canadian Maple flavor for chocolates

cup pecans, chopped

9 x 13 inch pan with foil.
Combine sugar, milk, and butter in large, heavy saucepan. Heat to
boiling, stirring constantly, until soft-ball stage (234°F.).
Remove from heat. Add white chocolate wafers and marshmallow and
stir until melted. Stir in flavoring and then nuts. Pour into
prepared pan. Cool at least 4 hours and cut into squares. | Nutrition
