LorAnn's concentrated oils and
flavorings have been an integral part of candy and confectionary making
for over 40 years for both the professional and the home chef.
Hard candy is just one project made easy with LorAnn
premium flavorings as the oils are specially formulated for optimal
results in chocolates, baking, fudges and all kinds of specialty
confections.
The one ounce bottles are enough for up to 25 pounds of
chocolate. For smaller amounts, use approximately 1/4 to 1/2
teaspoon of flavoring per pound of chocolate or compound.
LorAnn flavors are Kosher Certified by Star K, marked
Pareve.
The flavorings are highly concentrated and
should be kept out of the reach of children. All flavor ingredients
are approved for use by the FDA.
RECIPE:
CHOCOLATE SPOONS
1 lb of
Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate or Yogurt Coating
½ t LorAnn
Flavoring oil for Chocolates (your choice)
Plastic spoons
Melt coating slowly in
microwave, stirring every 15 seconds. Repeat until coating is fluid.
Stir in desired
flavoring, adding more or less to taste.
Dip plastic spoon into
melted chocolate and swirl to cover bowl of spoon.
Place
on baking sheet covered with wax paper and place in refrigerator to cool.
