RECIPE:
Homemade
Bavarian Cream Marshmallows
Powdered
sugar for dusting
2 T unflavored gelatin
8 T cold water
2 c fructose
½ c cold water
¼ t sea salt
1 t. Lorann
Bavarian Cream
1 t. Spicery Shoppe
Vanilla
Dust
9” square pan thickly with powdered sugar and set aside.
In
a small bowl, soak gelatin in 8 T cold water.
Set aside
Combine
sugar and ½ c water in large pan. Cook
and stir over medium heat til dissolved.
Add gelatin and bring to boil.
Remove from heat and pour into large bowl and let stand til
partially cool
Add
salt and flavorings. Beat
with electric mixer until soft and double in volume.
Pour into prepared pan.
Set
aside to cool until it will not stick to your fingers.
Cut
into 1 ½ “ pieces and roll in powdered sugar or toasted coconut
