RECIPE:
2-LAYER
CRÈME DE MENTHE FUDGE
Layer
1:
¼
c cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
2 ½ T cocoa powder
½ t. Spicery Shoppe
Vanilla flavoring
1 t. milk
1/3 c chopped English walnuts
Butter
8” square pan and set aside. In
large bowl beat cream cheese til softened.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla, milk and nuts.
Press into pan
Layer
2:
¼
c cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
½ t Lorann crème
de menthe flavoring
1 t milk
2-4 drops of Green
Liquid coloring
¼ c peppermint sticks, crushed.
In
large bowl beat cream cheese til softened and add remaining ingredients.
Beat well.
Spread over chocolate layer and score into squares with knife. Chill
in refrigerator til firm
Cut into squares. Store
in refrigerator covered with plastic wrap.
