RECIPE:
Praline Cheesecake with Caramel
Sauce
Crust
1 ¼ c graham cracker crumbs
¼ c cane juice crystals
¼ c pecan meal
4 T butter melted
Filling
3 packages cream cheese softened
4 eggs
¼ t Lorann
Pralines and Cream Flavoring
1 c cane juice crystals
2 c sour cream
Topping
1 jar caramel sauce
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine dry ingredients, add butter and mix well.
Press in bottom and 1 ½” up the sides of a 9” springform pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese til
light and creamy. Add eggs,
flavoring and sugar. Beat til
creamy. Add sour cream by hand and beat til thoroughly combined.
Pour onto filling and bake 50-60 minutes.
Cool 30 minutes then loosen sides of springform and remove rim.
Refrigerate 5 hours or overnight.
Drizzle
warmed caramel sauce over top of cheesecake
