The flavorings are highly concentrated and
should be kept out of the reach of children. All flavor ingredients

RECIPE:
MICROWAVE
HARD CANDY
1 c. cane juice crystals
1/2 c tapioca syrup
1/2 t Lorann
Flavoring oil (any flavor)
Liquid
candy coloring
Powdered sugar
Thoroughly
mix sugar and syrup in 4 c microwave-safe measuring cup. Cover with
plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 3 min 10 seconds. Remove from
microwave and carefully remove plastic wrap. Quickly stir sugar mix.
Cover
with a NEW sheet of plastic wrap and repeat cook instructions above.
Remove from microwave and carefully lift wrap and stir in coloring and
flavoring.
Pour quickly, but carefully
into lightly oiled sucker or other hard candy molds or onto greased baking
sheet (score to make squares and break apart when cold.)
Let
candy cool til hardened. Do not put in refrigerator. When cool
dust with powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Keep in airtight
container.
