List of Ingredients

Garbanzo Beans

Garbanzo bean flour is made from grinding Garbanzo beans ( sometimes called chickpeas or cici) to a fine flour and works well by itself or blended with other bean flours.

If you are on the Candida diet, here's a great alternative meal for you. Garbanzo tamales are tamales made with garbanzo flour instead of corn.

Perfect for all kinds of baking, including breads, pizza, cakes and cookies. Use Garbanzo bean flour in place of rice flour in any of your favorite recipes. Remember bean flours provide protein for superb gluten-free baking.
