Rice grass seed
This flour is milled from
the seed of a native grass called Indian rice grass. This grass is
not related to rice.
Montina™ flour is high in
fiber and protein and is gluten free.
Montina™ is to be
used as an additive ( 15% to 20 %) to other non-gluten flours. Remove one half cup of
your primary flour called for in any of your recipes and replace it with
one half cup of the non-gluten Montina™
Baking Supplement flour, you will improve the fiber and
flavor of your baked goods as well as enhance the baking performance.
