Sorghum is a major cereal
grain in Africa. Sorghum has more protein, calcium, iron, Vitamin A &
more of all the B Vitamins than rice.
It is also gluten-free.
RECIPE
SORGHUM PUDDING:
1 c. cooked sorghum
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 T. butter
2 eggs
Combine all ingredients and pour into buttered
casserole.
