The flavor of

Garlic also contains vitamins A, B1,B2, and C.
Garlic can be added to just about all foods except
for desserts. Garlic is used in butters, breads, cheese spreads,
beans, broccoli, cauliflower, salads, crackers, stuffings, sauces, marinades,
dressings, soups, stews, meats, vinegars and oils. Garlic is
very popular with eggplant and tomato sauces, Caesar salads and
pesto.
For centuries has been considered a remedy for
colds and other respiratory infections, to relieve gas pains, and to rid
the body of intestinal worms. In 1858 Louis Pasteur verified
garlic's antiseptic properties and it has also been proven to be
antispasmodic.
Research further indicates that it may be
effective in lowering cholesterol levels in the blood and as an
