 About Thyme

Thyme has a flavor of a faint clove aftertaste. 

You can use the leaves and sprigs in a salad as a garnish. 

Thyme is popular in clam chowders, Creole and Cajun dishes and goes well with beef, poultry, fish, stuffing, pates, sausages, stews, soups, breads, herbed butters, and mayonnaise.  

Thyme complements Garlic, Lemon and Basil.  

Use Thyme with tomatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, eggplant, parsnips, leeks, spinach, corn, peas, cheese, eggs and rice.
