Farm fruit jams are made of the same wholesome ingredients that
"Grandma" used to make her jams. We just make them in
larger batches. They are still made by hand on a stove top with
loving care.
Barry Farm jams do not contain any artificial flavors,
colors, fillers, preservatives, extenders or corn syrup. The only
things that go into our fruit jams are fruit, sugar, pectin and some lemon
juice (citric acid). We even use a "low sugar" recipe to
make sure the flavor of the fruit is the first thing you taste.
We even strain the seeds out of the berry fruits (except
strawberry) so that those with digestive problems can have real berry jams
again. Think of it this way; without the seeds in the jar, you get
more of the real fruit in every jar since the fruit pulp is what really
makes the jam. Barry Farm Jams are packed in standard canning jars
with a simple label to keep the cost down and to put the value on the
