| Almond meal is made by grinding
whole, raw almonds to a fine "gritty" powder. The
difference between the almond meal and almond flour is that the meal is
not blanched. Here is a great way to use this meal.
1lb. Almond meal*
4 Egg Whites
2 1/2 c confectioners sugar*
1 t. baking powder*
oven to 375°F.
up egg whites to peaks.
in powdered sugar and baking powder.
a heavy cooking pan with parchment paper.
a tablespoon of the batter on the pan for each cookie. (6-8 cookies per
