BARFI (Indian Dessert)
1 c almond
meal
1 c cashews, raw ground
1 c cane juice crystals
13 oz can Evaporated Milk
1/2 stick butter
Melt butter in heavy sauce pan. Add
milk, stirring constantly; bring to boil.
Reduce heat and cook until milk
thickens. Add cane juice and nuts. Stir. Cook for 10
min. Turn off heat.
Pour mix onto flat dish and spread evenly
