Jalapeno pepper
relish should be labeled "HOT!!".
The recipe calls for half the peppers to be jalapenos and they are there
in all their heat.
So if you want to add a little zip and heat to
your hot dog or burger, add this relish. But be careful, it is hot.
If this is still not hot enough for you.....try sprinkling on some crushed
Habanero peppers from our "Herbs" page for that "added
seasoning".
