Peas,
fried green
Wasabi sauce coating

| If
you like your snacks to have some zest or kick, then Wasabi Peas are for
you. They're eaten just like peanuts (hot ones).
They start with fried green peas and then coat them with
a sauce made with Wasabi Root powder that dries on the peas.
Wasabi peas can be added to salads, snack mixes or eaten
by the handful. You get a wonderful burst of heat and then it goes
away unlike eating hot peppers. If you like Oriental hot mustard,
you'll like Wasabi peas.
