As its name says, this easy chowder is delicious as is, and easily
transforms into clam or corn chowder. 6 oz package serves 4-6
people.
Cooking time: Approximately 60 minutes.
Optional: 1 c diced carrots or celery, 1 c shredded spinach,
1 c diced, cooked chicken, or crumbled, cooked bacon.
Serving suggestions: Stir in 1/2 c milk, or 1/2 c grated
cheese before serving, or top with snipped chives or parsley. Serve
