Cooking time: 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
You will need: 1 large can (28-32 oz) tomatoes and 1 16 oz
can of tomato sauce.
Optional: 3 T olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2-3 T dry red
wine.
Serving suggestions: Serve with cheese, raw onion, and
