White Rice Syrup is a
healthful and allergen-free alternative to other sweeteners.
Substitute rice syrup in place of sugar, honey, corn syrup, maple syrup or
molasses.
Try this in energy bars, muffins, cookies, fruit salads,
smoothies, --it's great in just about everything.
White rice syrup
is the healthy, delicious way to get the energy boost you need to go the
distance.
Substitute 1- 1/4 cup rice syrup for each cup of white
sugar and reduce the liquid in your recipe by 1/4 cup for each cup of rice
syrup.
Baked goods made with rice syrup tend to be hard or very
crisp so it's best to use it for things like cookies, crisps, granolas,
pies and puddings.
