To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water
over 1 teaspoon of herb, cover and steep
for 3 to 5 minutes.

flavor. Its delicious taste. Its name means "red bush" and
was given the name due to the color change from green to red during
fermentation of the leaves.
Rooibos
has no caffeine and is low in tannin and seems to have no unpleasant side
effects. This tea is also good for pregnant women and nursing
