Instructions for Preparation
To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water
over 1 teaspoon of herb, cover and steep
for 3 to 5 minutes.
| Rose hips are extremely high in vitamin C, much
more so than oranges, for example.
The hot tea is acid-tasting, but not as
sharp as lemon juice.
Some prefer the tea sweetened.
