Shallots

| Granulated Shallots can be added to soups,
casseroles to produce some interesting foods.
To rehydrate before adding to your recipe, soak 1
cup granulated shallots in 1 cup boiling water for 30-40 min to produce 1 1/2 cup
granulated shallots.
When adding to soups or other recipes with plenty
of liquid, you can add the granulated shallots directly into the food.
