Just a few comments here about our shipping policy.

Shipping Method:

bulletOur preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground or US Postal Service.
bulletExpedited service  (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day, Saturday Delivery) is available by calling for a quote.  Business hours 8AM to 4PM ET, Monday thru Friday,  419-741-0155

Delivery Time:

bulletIf you live in the West Coast area, delivery takes about 5 business days.
bulletIf you live in the East Coast area, delivery takes about 2 to 3 business days.

Order Processing Time:

Whenever possible we will fill an order and ship it within 48 hours.  There are a few exceptions. (You knew this was coming.)

bulletWe will sometimes hold an order for up to about 7 days or so; "IF" we are out of an item and it is due in within a reasonable time.
bulletIf the item was a special order.
bulletIf we have to make a batch of our product; "the Barry Farm brands."  

We want to fill every order completely, but sometimes we must ship an order with items missing.  When this happens. a credit is issued back to you rather than putting your item on "back-order".   We may be getting back-ordered by our supplier and we don't feel it's fair to you to sit on your money while you wait for something that a distributor may decide to discontinue with no notice.

 Shipping fees for all orders are calculated based on the total packed weight of your purchase using current UPS Daily rates or the US Post Office rates based on your location.

Be sure to select the proper "Shipping Zone" for your shipping address.  

Shipping to Post Office boxes is NOW available by selecting your state zone.  

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico option.  Gross overcharges by the cart calculator for these locations  will receive a refund if we are able to use the flat rate boxes from USPS.

Canada and International Orders:

All Canadian orders are calculated using the latest "Air Parcel Post" rates.  We know this is a high rate for small orders and our policy is to refund any overpayment if we are able to use a "Global Priority Flat Rate"  for the shipment.  This is limited to 4 pounds total weight or what volume we can get into the envelope. Some nearby Canadian Provinces may receive a better rate with UPS Standard Service (Ground).  We will ship by the most cost effective method.

For all other International orders, we have set the rate for the highest rate on the Post Office Air Parcel charts to be able to serve the most distant zones automatically.  As with the Canadian orders, some orders can take advantage of the Global Priority Flat Rate Boxes to reduce costs and we will happily refund that difference. 

Customs:  It is your responsibility to verify with the Customs office that the items you order are allowed into the country to which they will be shipped.  If the products are not allowed, they will be confiscated by that government.  It is also your responsibility to discover if duties, or taxes, or customs fees are charged on your purchases.  These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping fees Barry Farm charges.  They are extra fees assessed by that government and are due and payable to them upon receipt of your merchandise. 

Once your package leaves the United States Postal Service we are unable to track and follow your countries delivery system.  And, we are not responsible for any loss occurring outside the US.
